Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares Chef Joseph DiFrancesco's "After the Holiday's" Pan Seared Halibut with a Grilled Vegetable Cous Cous, Feta Cheese, and Roasted Red Pepper Chimichurri. 

 

Your Mid-Course will be a our Classic Arancini: Crispy Rice Balls Stuffed with Parmesan and Fresh Mozzarella, Marinara, Arugula Salad, and Grated Parmesan.

 

Your wine Pairing for the evening will be the Salviano Orvieto Italian White Blend

Chicken Roulade

Friday's in March and April @ 7PM

 

Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares a Chicken Roulade Stuffed with Peppers, Onions, Garlic, and Prosciutto with Fire Grilled Potatoes, Rustic Tomato Sauce, and a Pancetta Jus.

 

Your Mid Course for the evening will be Scallops Wrapped In Bacon with a Crispy Panko Coating, Cranberry BBQ Sauce, and Crumbled Vermont Chevre Cheese.
