Join Bar Rustic Chef Joe DiFrancesco and Phil MacKay of Clown Shoes Beer in the Studio Kitchen on April 16th to Share Four Beers with delicious Food Pairings!

 

You will enjoy Lil' Crispy - A Crispy Ale - paired with a Sweet And Spicy Chicken Yakitori, with Sesame Seeds. Second, slip into their Space Cake - A Double IPA - paired with Grilled Jamaican Jerk Shrimp, Fire Roasted Corn Salsa, and Mango Sweet & Sour Sauce; Third is Clementine - a White Ale - paired with General Tso Cauliflower, Thai Chili, and Scallion. Finish the evening with Zen Garden - a New England India Pale Ale - paired with Texas Style BBQ'd Brisket Sliders, House Sauce, Vidalia Onion, and Pickles on Parker House Roll.

THREE NIGHTS ONLY! Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares a perfect Maple Mustard Glazed Duck Breast accompanied by a Sweet Potato Puree and a Corn and Wild Mushroom Ragu.

 

The mid-course for the evening will be Bar Rustic Executive Chef Joe DiFrancesco's Scotch Egg made with locally brewed IPA Mustard, Cornichon and Radish.

 

The wine pairing for the night will be TBD.

Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares Chef Joseph DiFrancesco's "Falling Off The Bone" Pork Ribs with a Texas Style Mop Sauce and Clam Fritters with a Cornichon Tartar sauce, accompanied by a Potato and Egg Salad.

 

Your Mid Course for the evening will be a Grilled and Stuffed Peach Salad, with Baby Field Greens, Vermont Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Prosciutto, Honey Balsamic Vin.
