Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares Chef Joseph DiFrancesco's "Falling Off The Bone" Pork Ribs with a Texas Style Mop Sauce and Clam Fritters with a Cornichon Tartar sauce, accompanied by a Potato and Egg Salad.

 

Your Mid Course for the evening will be a Grilled and Stuffed Peach Salad, with Baby Field Greens, Vermont Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Prosciutto, Honey Balsamic Vin.

 

Your wine pairing for the evening will be Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.

THREE NIGHTS ONLY! Join Chef Liz Bramwell in The Studio Kitchen as she prepares a perfect Maple Mustard Glazed Duck Breast accompanied by a Sweet Potato Puree and a Corn and Wild Mushroom Ragu.

 

The mid-course for the evening will be Bar Rustic Executive Chef Joe DiFrancesco's Scotch Egg made with locally brewed IPA Mustard, Cornichon and Radish.
